Some versions of Internet Explore cause the module to run incorrectly. Typically you may experience a white screen or a message saying 'Images loading' that remains stuck on 0%.
If you experience this you will to run your browser Internet Explorer 9 in 'Emulation mode'
Emulation Mode Instructions
- Press F12 - this opens the 'Developer tools' window within your browser
- Select the 'Emulation' tab
- From the 'Document mode' drop-down list select '9'
- Your browser will refresh and the issue should be resolved
- NOTE: You will need to leave the 'Developer tools' window open whilst you view the module
